Sleep Deprived? Sleep Soundly with My Good Night Messages & My Inspirational Lullabies @MyGoodNightMessages.com

Do you or someone you know suffer from insomnia or sleep deprivation?  Sleep deprivation affects millions of Americans every night and is a leading cause of health issues like obesity, heart disease and Diabetes.

Did you know that sleeping pills are now the most commonly prescribed medication? As Dr. Oz points out, this is not good news. Studies show that a good night's sleep includes transitions between light and deep sleep, REM, which is absolutely crucial for replenishing brain cells and waking up feeling rejuvenated. Sleeping pills just make you crash.

AND have you heard about one of the most commonly reported side effects, in addition to drug dependency? Brace yourself! -- Users report sleep-binging in their kitchens while they are sound asleep, and even worse, getting behind the wheel and sleep-crashing their cars.

Did you know that your mind is the most open during the last five minutes of your day – when you are transitioning from your conscious mind to your subconscious state?  And most people go to sleep with the news.

So as Dr. Wayne Dyer says, “If you don’t want to be trying to solve the world’s problems and the murders you just witnessed in your sleep for the next 6-8 hours, don’t watch the news before you go to bed. You can actually program your mind positively and help yourself to have a good night’s sleep.

We have the solution for you. I partnered with Psychoneurologist, Dr. Sylva Dvorak, to create My Good Night Messages - research-based, safe and sound sleep solution messages. Each patented, nightly five-minute message includes simple sleep tips and tools, and relaxing meditations. Also included are My Good Night Calls bedtime reminders, and My Inspirational Lullabies — new inspiring lullabies, which I wrote and recorded for dreamers of all ages.

Enjoy the great night's sleep you've been dreaming of - safely and naturally - with  My Good Night Messages and My Inspirational Lullabies @MyGoodNightMessages.com

Wake UP Inspired to Live Your Dreams - My Wake UP Call and My Good Night Mp3 Messages @MyWakeUPCalls.com

Hi, from Robin Palmer!
People keep asking me why I invented My Wake UP Call® Motivational Alarm Clock® Messages and My Good Night Messages. I created these morning and evening five-minute motivating messages to start and end every day positively inspired - because I needed them myself. Thankfully, they've made a difference for me and for many others - like you!

Necessity was the mother of my invention. I had starred in Broadway musicals for 15 years. Then I moved to California, took a desk job, got married, had a family, and things got really hectic. I longed for an affordable personal trainer to wake me up every morning, and inspire me to wake up and work out. He had to say something different every day, be really motivating, and someone whom my husband wouldn't mind being in bed with us in the morning. I couldn't find what I was looking for.

Research shows that our minds are the most open the first and last five minutes of the day, when transitioning between consciousness and subconsciousness.  Ironically, most people wake up with buzzers and bad news like, “Someone got murdered now get out there and prosper.” And watching the news before you go to bed literally feeds you fear before calling asleep. Conversely, when we start and end the day positively inspired, it changes everything in between.

So I worked to get the process patent, and then got it - for Motivational Alarm - motivational messages, plus alarm not restricted to wake up. Every lawyer had told me that I couldn't get it and I got it. And then I  got our eight registered trademarks and copyrights for all of the messages and the message formats. It was really important to me to procure all of the IP to protect My Wake UP Call® Motivational Alarm Clock® Messages and My Good Night Messages.

Sleep deprivation and Insomnia affect millions every night, and sleeping pills are among the most widely prescribed medications, in spite of their reported frightening side effects. Also, sleeping pills just make you crash. A good night’s sleep includes sleep cycles of  light and deep sleep, or REM sleep, which we need for rejuvenation. The most reported side effects, besides drug dependency, is sleep driving and crashing your car in your sleep, and sleep binging and eating everything in your refrigerator, which create real life nightmares! Doctors often receive their bonuses for writing scripts, and are taught by the pharmaceuticals about the benefits of sleep medications. I partnered with Psychoneurologist, Dr. Sylva Dvorak, and created research-based, Safe & Sound Sleep Solution messages as a safe and natural alternative to sleeping pills. Dr. Dvorak and I discovered many safe and natural options to help you to enjoy falling asleep, and sleeping well all night. Most physicians are not schooled in the benefits of natural sleep solutions  - like rubbing five drops of lavender oil  into the soles of your feet before you get into bed. Essential lavender oil is one of nature's relaxing remedies for your neurological system.

I am grateful to continue partnering with famous wellness experts and thought leaders for Wake UP Call® and My Good Night Messages- like His Holiness the Dalai Lama, Jack Canfield,  Michael Bernard Beckwith, Marianne Williamson, Janet Atwood, Marci Shimoff, Debra Poneman - the list goes on and on!  And I am so grateful that listeners continue to report that our messages are changing their lives. A med. student recently called me to tell me that we got him through Med School, and then forwarded the research paper he had written about the beneficial qualities of our messages! Thanks to people like you, the good news is getting out there! Imagine my surprise when Dr. Oz called me to tell me, "My Wake UP Call is brilliant!"

Here's an update for you! You know, we always include music with our messages. And for My Good Night Messages, I couldn't find any uplifting lullabies. They were frightening, like, "...When the bough breaks, the cradle will fall. And down will come baby, cradle and all." I was raised with Go Tell Aunt Rodie - Go tell Aunt Rodie. Go tell Aunt Rodie. Go tell Aunt Rodie the old grey goose is dead.” Good night! Sleep well! Have good dreams! :)

So I wrote and recorded My Inspirational Lullabies for dreamers of all ages, and included them with My Good Night Messages' good night meditations, relaxation exercises, sleep tips and tools.

AND, we've just included another special bonus with My Good Night Messages. My Good Night Call reminders help you to be in bed when you want to be in bed,  just like My Wake UP Call messages help you to wake up when you want to wake up. We have a Snooze Free Zone with our messages in the morning, because snoozing is a sabotage. People set the time they want to wake up themselves. No one has a gun to their heads, telling them what time they have to wake up. They set that time so they can have a successful day.  The same principle is true at night. My Good Night Call reminders prevent against losing track of time at night, so you are all tucked in on time, and get the amount of sleep you need to rise and shine every morning.

We are the most grateful for you!

Stay tuned for EXCITING NEWS!

Robin

Behind the Scenes Video - Recording My Good Night Messages - How to Sleep Well @MyGoodNightMessages.com

Behind the Scenes Video - Recording My Good Night Messages- Habits to Sleep Well with Psychoneurologist, Dr. Sylva Dvorak and Robin Palmer @ MyGoodNightMessages.com
Daytime lifestyle habits such as eating and exercise play a role in how well you sleep. Here are some recommendations to support you in getting a good night’s sleep. It’s best to have a lighter meal at night and not eat too late in the evening. Heavy, rich foods at night take longer to digest and acidic, spicy foods can cause heartburn so best to avoid these types of foods at least 2 hours before bedtime.
Quitting smoking is one of the best things you can do for your health and for a good nights rest! The nicotine in cigarettes is a stimulant and can make it harder for you to fall asleep. It can also disrupt your sleep since you could experience nicotine withdrawal at during the night. There are numerous stop-smoking programs available. Get the support you need, it really is one of the best things you can do for your health.
Exercise during the day will also help you sleep better. Regularly exercise will actually help you sleep deeper and better at night. Participate in exercise that you enjoy at least 5 times a week for 30-40 minutes such as brisk walking, swimming, and biking. What exercise do you see yourself regularly doing for 30-40 minutes? Now take a moment and envision yourself doing this exercise and how good it feels...
It’s best, if possible to exercise earlier in the day like in the morning and preferably not too late in the afternoon. Exercising late in the day can be too stimulating and keep your body awake at night. However, gentle stretching or gentle yoga poses can help to relax you before bed.
Try some of these sleep tips; you have nothing to lose and a great night’s sleep to gain. Good night. Sleep well. Enjoy the good night’s sleep you’ve been dreaming of @  MyGoodNightMessages.com
